The mini-site has been launched in tandem with our new Green Erase spray. Green Erase is an environmentally friendly but powerful cleaning agent that is designed to be safe for a variety of surfaces.

On October 5, 2009, MooreCo, Inc. will mark the second anniversary of its acquisition by Webster Capital of Waltham,
Massachusetts. Webster Capital was formed in 2002 when Don Steiner, Andrew McKee and Charlie Larkin decided to combine
their unique and highly complimentary experience as investors, founders and owner/operators of successful growth companies
to launch a new small cap buyout fund.
In 2003, the Webster Capital Founders™ Fund was raised entirely from a distinguished group of entrepreneurs, CEOs and managing partners of leading private equity firms. Its investors are an active source of referrals to Webster Capital and also act as customer and management contacts for its portfolio companies.
In 2004, Webster Capital made its first investment, the acquisition of Sundance Holdings: the catalog, internet and retail company founded by Robert Redford. Subsequent investments have been made in leadership niche business in its three areas of investment focus: branded consumer, healthcare services and differentiated business to business products and services.
MooreCo, Inc. was added to the portfolio of Webster Capital on October 5, 2007. On March 24, 2009, Webster Capital announced its investment in Hudson Jeans, the Los Angeles-based maker of premium denim in conjunction with Fireman Capital Partners, founded by former Reebok CEO Paul Fireman.

the brand will be the Health-Tak Board, a natural cork board treated with an antimicrobial additive to control the growth of
bacteria and fungi, ensuring the surface is as safe and healthy as possible.
