Here at MooreCo we are committed to conducting our business in an environment consistent with the guidance of the federal and local authorities that create a safe and secure worksite for everyone. I would like to communicate exactly what we are doing to insure the health of everyone in our facilities.

We take the health and safety of our employees, visitors, and vendors very seriously. With the spread of the coronavirus or “COVID-19,” a respiratory disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, MooreCo Inc will remain vigilant in mitigating the outbreak and exposure hazards. We are a proud part of the manufacturing industry, which is deemed “essential” during this Declared National Emergency. In order to be safe and maintain operations, we have developed a COVID-19 Exposure Prevention, Preparedness, and Response Plan which has been implemented, to the extent feasible and appropriate, throughout the company and at all of our worksites. We have also identified a team of employees to monitor the related guidance that U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (“OSHA”) continue to make available. MooreCo Inc. has instituted various protective measures recommended by our federal and local officials in order to protect our employees, visitors, and vendors and ensure a safe and healthy work environment. If you would like more information on our COVID-19 Response Plan or other Environmental, Health & Safety concerns, please contact Kristi Koschmann CSP, Director of Safety 800-749-2258.

The situation surrounding the coronavirus COVID-19 is rapidly changing and can be anxiety-inducing, both on a personal and on a professional level. We at MooreCo want to assure you that we take your health and the health of our employees and partners seriously. We know that our best chance of riding this wave of uncertainty and fear is to stick together, to keep the lines of communication open, and to support each other however we can.

What we are doing:

  • Our sales team is currently limiting travel and onsite visits, instead offering webinars and web calls to conduct business and customer maintenance.
  • We have set up guidelines for access to all of our locations, posted at each entrance so best to safeguard the health and well-being of our employees, visitors, and guests. These include warning symptoms, a list of countries and areas from which visitors are prohibited from entering our facilities, as well as guidelines for all to maintain appropriate social distance.
  • We have sent out guidelines to all our employees outlining our current internal protocol regarding COVID-19. These include resources for those who are able to work remotely as well as those who are not.

MooreCo is committed to fulfilling all promises while maintaining a healthy workspace and reducing risk as much as possible. We encourage you to be safe, sensible, and calm and hope that you, your loved ones, and all colleagues and friends stay safe and healthy.

Thank you as always for being a MooreCo Partner and please don’t hesitate to reach out should you have any questions or concerns.
