The Waco Independent School District is a wide reaching area of Central Texas that prides itself on academic excellence. Among middle schools, high schools, and specialized academies, the Waco ISD also incorporates the prominent Crestview Elementary, Lake Air Montessori, Hillcrest Elementary, Bells Hill Elementary, and J.H. Hines Elementary for young students in their most vital educational years.
