In the heart of Elmore City, Oklahoma, a town of just 738 tight-knit residents and the inspiration behind the 1984 classic Footloose, another transformation is underway. After nearly a century of serving its community in a building dating back to the 1930s, the local high school got a much-needed upgrade.
